1. Café Orders

  • Once food or beverages are prepared or served, refunds are not applicable.
  • In case of incorrect orders or quality issues, customers must inform staff immediately.

2. Game Bookings / Reservations

  • Advance bookings or table reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Rescheduling may be allowed at the discretion of management.

3. Events & Special Bookings

  • Payments made for events, private bookings, or parties are non-refundable.
  • Changes may be accommodated based on availability.

4. Payment Errors

  • In case of duplicate or incorrect payments, customers must contact us with valid proof.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
