1. Café Orders
- Once food or beverages are prepared or served, refunds are not applicable.
- In case of incorrect orders or quality issues, customers must inform staff immediately.
2. Game Bookings / Reservations
- Advance bookings or table reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Rescheduling may be allowed at the discretion of management.
3. Events & Special Bookings
- Payments made for events, private bookings, or parties are non-refundable.
- Changes may be accommodated based on availability.
4. Payment Errors
- In case of duplicate or incorrect payments, customers must contact us with valid proof.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
